The collaborative journey between NuSource and West Gate Bank commenced in 2019, evolving into a full-fledged project in 2020. The objective was to leverage technology for an enhanced customer experience, allowing for increased self-service transactions, extended banking hours, and reduced staffing costs.

As a small community bank, expenses and resources are prioritized. This factored into their next step – an ATM option that would be Windows 10 compatible now and offer the ability to deploy ITM technology in the future.

This state-of-the-art security solution has proven to reliable, just as Panola wished. The responsiveness they receive from NuSource has built a high level of trust. Thorough communication and face-to-face interactions throughout the project were key in the success. 

After empty promises of core integration and varied transaction possibilities from another manufacturer, the technology Altra Credit Union previously had in place was not meeting the functionality they, nor their members, expected. NuSource stepped in to help.

The new equipment represents the strength of Bonduel in the community – it looks cleaner and works better. Bonduel believes the drive-up window and camera investment is worthwhile because they know NuSource will be around.
