As part of a new retail branch initiative, Hiway wanted to automate more transactions while providing a positive member experience. Hiway worked with NuSource to develop a unique branch transformation strategy that included industry-exclusive Hyosung self-service technology for their newest branch.

Hiway's Roseville, Minnesota location has received many accolades for their layout and style, gaining them a 2021 Future Branches Innovator Award.
