Welcome David Prairie

Join us in welcoming David Prairie to the NuSource team! As the Vice President of Operations, David will be planning, directing, and coordinating all operations activities including field management, technical support, project management and logistics. In this key role, David says he is excited about the “ability to be part of a great service team and to generate positive change and growth opportunities.”

David’s approach is a focus on the customer experience. He says, “There is a great quote that I like to live by and that is ‘People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but they will never forget how you made them feel.’ My belief is anytime a customer is propelled to write a positive review of your company; it is because you made them feel some sort of positive emotion. I would like to drive our everyday efforts on making our customers feel thrilled that they chose us to be their financial integration partner.
