West Gate Bank Transforms with Self-Service Technology
An ATM fleet equipped only for cash dispensing did not fit the long-term, self-service strategy West Gate Bank (Lincoln, Nebraska) planned for their customers.
Together, we devised a strategy that would implement an ITM self-service solution, complete with an upgraded security plan. Their phased approach includes additional ITMs in each drive up.
West Gate Bank rolled out Hyosung island units, with ActiveTeller (live teller assistance when needed). Their fleet now offers cash and check deposits, including image deposits, while meeting social distancing guidelines.
We also partnered with West Gate Bank on Alarm Monitoring Services, DMP and Open Eye Solutions with Access Control.
