2020: A Year Like No Other!

The NuSource team is truly grateful to work with so many wonderful people and organizations.

As we reflect on 2020, I don’t think anyone could have predicted what type of year it would be. We have all been impacted on a personal and professional level; however, like prior challenging times we worked together to innovate and develop new ways to deliver services and take care of our customers.

We had numerous customer strategy discussions talking about safe ways to serve your customers and members. Discussions around how to keep lobbies open safely, renovate drive-up systems, increase access to ATMs, add functionality, and, for a record number of our clients, clarify and execute a comprehensive ITM strategy.

What we love about working with community banks and credit unions is that each of you is unique, with a unique customer base and a distinct vision on how best to deliver your services.

What we found especially rewarding in 2020 was our ability to customize ITM solutions for so many clients. This allowed each of you to retain your unique brand through a fully customizable service device initially thought of as an ”out of the box” technology.

I want to personally thank all of you for your support in 2020 and look forward to helping you in the future with innovative strategies that enhance your mission.
