What Does True Self-Service Look Like?

In a recent CIO Review interview, Hyosung CEO, Hee-Eun Ahn, shared how the company makes innovation strides in the industry. He says a key differentiator is how Hyosung "allows banks to maximize the efficiency with which they manage their cash movement within and between branches."

Ahn goes on to explain how other solutions in the marketplace require tellers for all transactions - defeating the purpose of self-service. Hyosung believes in the importance of giving the customer the CHOICE to OPT-IN for assisted self-service or to perform transactions themselves.
